Registration is not needed when placing an order. But it will help future purchases tremendously.

It will be hassle-free as you are not required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Your order will be delivered to the registered address every time you make a purchase unless you direct us otherwise.

What you need to do is click Forget Password on the login page and enter your email to reset your password.


Orders can be placed via our website or WhatsApp. If you encounter any issue placing an order, feel free to reach our Customer Service Representative at or WhatsApp +673 8303188. Please be advised that our Customer Service is only available from Monday to Friday [excluding weekends & public holidays], 10am-7pm local time.

Pick up – Items can be collected at Kg Rimba (1) business day after placing an order. Address will be shared via WhatsApp by Realest upon your order.

Delivery – Most orders ship within three (3) business days of purchase date. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Please note that orders will not be ship during weekends or holidays.

We currently ship to Brunei, Malaysia and Singapore.



FREE domestic shipping on all orders above $50 Brunei wide. A flat rate of $4 for shipping nationwide and $12 for international shipping.

The delivery time would take approximately 2-4 working days. An additional 1-2 working days are required for deliveries to Kuala Belait, Tutong & Temburong.

Items can be picked up at Kg Rimba (Mon – Sun) 10am – 9pm. Address location will be shared via whatsapp by Realest, upon order.

Return Policy

We’re bummed things didn’t work out for you, but here’s the good news: we accept returns within one week (7) days of purchase (AKA the date listed on your invoice/whatsapp order) for defect items that have been made wrongly by us. 

Please contact us via our instagram @realestofsoutheast or WhatsApp. Take note that we will not accept anything that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached.
